For any questions or concerns regarding this, or any other issue related to COVID-19, please contact your local Regional Manager below.

weather update

In the event of inclement weather, visit rainoutline.com (and search for “USTA”) or call the Inclement Weather Hotline at (971) 800-2011 to check the status of your program.

refunds and cancellations

RecTennis may cancel or postpone programs due to weather-related conditions for the safety of the participants at any time. To determine if there is a cancellation or postponement, please check with the Regional Manager in your area, or dial the inclement weather hotline. In the rare event of cancellation, once the program has already started, children will not be left alone; however, parents are expected to pick up their children in a timely manner. RecTennis cannot provide refunds or make-up days for cancellations or postponements that are weather-related, but may be able to provide a discount code for a future purchase. For more information, or inquiries about other non-weather related cancellations, please contact your local Regional Manager.

Customers that need to cancel their registration prior to the start of a program can email info@rectennis.com, or contact their local Regional Manager. Transfers to a different week or refunds will be provided to customers that need to cancel a registration prior to the program.
