At this time, we plan to continue with our summer season programming as scheduled. We will continue to monitor the situation and align with federal, state and local entities to ensure the safety of all participants. If for some reason we cannot begin our summer season as planned, we will make every attempt to reschedule any disrupted program. If we cannot reschedule a program for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
If you previously registered for one of our Winter or Spring RecTennis programs that was cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 shutdown, full refunds have been issued.
For any questions or concerns regarding this, or any other issue, please contact your local Regional Manager below.
refunds and cancellations
RecTennis may cancel or postpone programs due to weather-related conditions for the safety of the participants at any time. To determine if there is a cancellation or postponement, please check with the Regional Manager in your area, or dial the inclement weather hotline. In the rare event of cancellation, once the program has already started, children will not be left alone; however, parents are expected to pick up their children in a timely manner. RecTennis cannot provide refunds or make-up days for cancellations or postponements that are weather-related, but may be able to provide a discount code for a future purchase. For more information, or inquiries about other non-weather related cancellations, please contact your local Regional Manager.
